How to shop on Tampicobags
To order an item, select your color and click on “add to basket” to place it in your basket. Click on “go to basket” to see all the items in your basket or click on “payment”.
Order confirmation
After placing your order confirmation with the order number will appear on your page.
An email with in progress order will be sent to you.
An email with the tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched.
Change your order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/add/remove an item or change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics department, you can cancel it entirely and reorder with the correct items/color/address.

Cancel your order
In order to be able to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, we process them immediately. The cancellation of your order is only possible if it has not been processed, therefore within a very limited time. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone or via the contact form to cancel your order.

In exceptional cases, the different stock movements may sometimes overlap and result in an incorrect indication in the online store. If the item in question is unavailable, it is removed from the order.
Receive the incorrect item
If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, you can return the product to us using the return procedure (please state the reason on the returns form) and simply order the correct product again.

You’ll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of you parcel.
If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking numbers, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to active it.
Delivery address
The delivery address can be different from the billing address.
At the check-out page, in the second step with “Your Details”, please untick the box dedicated “Deliver to a different address”. After unticking the box, the billing address section will appear.
If you fill in the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can change it.
If the wrong address is filled in, the carrier will not be able to deliver your package, so it will be returned to us automatically.
You will be charged for reshipping costs.
The risks and return costs, any customs fees and taxes (non-EU countries) are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
The shipping costs of your return package are your responsibility and it remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
Method and rates delivery

They are calculated automatically when you place your order depending of weight and the country chosen.
You can view the amont in your shopping cart.
We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Processed take generally 24 hours (Monday – Friday). This period included the time necessary to prepare your order in our workshops in Mussidan (picking, verification, package preparation, packaging, labelling etc…). You will be kept informed by email of the preparation and delivery of your package. Your order is then handing to the carrier.
You will receive a dispacht confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have transferred the order to the carrier.

What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
With Colissimo, the parcel is delivered directly to you and if you are not at home at the time, a non-delivery notice will be deposited in your mailbox.
This notice indicates the time and the day of the attempted delivery, as well as the post office where you can pick up the parcel. You will need to go to the post office indicated with the non-delivery notice left by the postman and a proof of identity to pick up the parcel.
You then have a time of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned us.
If you do not collect your package from the post office, it will be automatically returned to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs.

Can my order be shipped abroad?

You must notify us by email or telephone of your wish to exchange or return your item.
We invite you to return the package to us only after receiving our confirmation email that the return request has been registered.
To receive the same model in a different color/size, or change models we cannot make a direct exchange.
Return the item that does not fit you and place a separate order to receive the new item.

The pure cotton, pure linen, pure wool that we use are French origin.
These materials are manufactured, crafted, dyed with exclusive colors and woven with natural fibers by producers, manufacturers, artisans located in France.
Our high standards lead us to select French suppliers, however, our historic supplier located in France having unfortunately closed, we also work with the best Italian and Spanish tanners, these leathers have no equivalent in France.
The leathers, we select are vegetable tanned in the traditional way with plant extracts.
Vegetable tanning is done using tannins extracted from trees such as oak.
Our materials are selected with the greatest care for their quality and durability.
Product acre
To ensure their longevity, we advise you to follow a few simple rules, such as: avoid contact with greasy products, products made of solvents or alcohol. When washing remove the genuine leather logo.
Pure Cotton
Soak it completely in lukewarm water inside and out
Do not put water on leather parts.
Only use soap to clean the product.
Rinse it well.
Dry the bag upside down.
When drying, make sure to protect the fabric of the leather parts with absorbent paper.
Do not put the bag in the washing machine.

Hand wash with neutral soap.
Stain removal should be gentle, do not rub to avoid breaking the fibers.
