What are the methods and rates of delivery?

DELIVERY RATES: They are calculated automatically when you place your order depending of weight and the country chosen.

Delivery takes 48 hours (Mondays to Friday) maximum within the limits of stock availability. This period included the time necessary to prepare your order in our workshops in Mussidan (picking, verification, package preparation, packaging, labelling etc…).
Your order is then handing to the carrier.
You’ll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of you parcel.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Processed take generally 24 hours. This period included the time necessary to prepare your order in our workshops in Mussidan (picking, verification, package preparation, packaging, labelling etc…). You will be kept informed by email of the preparation and delivery of your package. Your order is then handing to the carrier.
How do I know the status of my order?

What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
With Colissimo, the parcel is delivered directly to you and if you are not at home at the time, a non-delivery notice will be deposited in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and the day of the attempted delivery, as well as the post office where you can pick up the parcel. You will need to go to the post office indicated with the non-delivery notice left by the postman and a proof of identity to pick up the parcel.You then have a time of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned us.
Legal time to return a product?
You have a legal time frame of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to declare and send your return.
What should I do to return a product?
Notify us of your intention to return an item, the reason for its return and return the item.
- Replace the entire article in its original packaging – only articles returns in their original condition will be accepted and reimburdes.
- Return the parcel by Colissimo Suivi to the following address:

In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition redy to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worm or used, no have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and must be perfectly clean. Any items that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged.

How much will it cost me to return a product?
If the return is due to an error on our part, the cost of redelivery will of course de repaid in full on proof of purchase.
On the other hand if you are not satisfied with the product, the cost of return remains at your expense and we will refund your order.
How will I be reimbursed?
Your refund will be made on the credit card used to pay for the product by recrediting it under the name J.MARTIN TREPOINTES “tampicobags.com”, within 24 hours from the date of return of the package reception.
How to shop on Tampicobags
To order an item, select your color and click on “add to basket” to place it in your basket. Click on “go to basket” to see all the items in your basket or click on “payment”.
Order confirmation
After placing your order confirmation with the order number will appear on your page.
An email with order confirmation will be sent to you.
An email with the tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched.
Change your order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/add/remove an item or change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed.
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics department, you can cancel it entirely and reorder with the correct items/color/address.

Cancel your order
In order to be able to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, we process them immediately. The cancellation of your order is only possible if it has not been processed, therefore within a very limited time. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone or via the contact form to cancel your order.

Use of order data
The information that you sent us to fulfil you order is only used in the context of our business relationship. This informations will not be shared with third parties or resold.
According to the French law relative to the computing, to the files and to the libertines ( CNIL ) of January 6th, 1978, the information with name specific character relative to the buyers can be the object of an automated treatment.
The buyers can oppose to the disclosure of their address and phone number by indicating it to J.MARTIN TRÉPOINTES SARL www.tampicobags.com.
Also, the users have a right of access and rectification of the data concerning them, according to the law of January 06th, 1978.

How clean my bag?
We manufacture the bags exclusively in our workshop with the greatest care.
The materials are selected with the greatest attention.
To ensure their longevity, we advise you to follow a few simple rules, such as: avoid any contact with fatty products, products composed of solvents or alcohol. When washing remove the real leather logo.

Soak it completely in lukewarm water inside and out
Do not put water on leather parts.
Only use soap to clean the product.
Rinse it well.
Dry the bag upside down.
When drying, make sure to protect the fabric of the leather parts with absorbent paper.
Do not put the bag in the washing machine.
Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as material that may transfert their colored pigments onto the product.
Never use solvent.
