Materials & Product care

Materials
Pure cotton is manufactured, crafted, dyed with exclusive colors and woven with natural fibers by producers, manufacturers, artisans located in France.
The leathers, we select are vegetable tanned in the traditional way with plant extracts.
Vegetable tanning is done using tannins extracted from trees such as oak.
Our materials are selected with the greatest care for their quality and durability.

Product care
We make the bags in our workshop with the greatest care and carefully selected materials.
To keep your bag beautiful as the years pass, we recommend following these guidelines for its care: Avoid contact with greasy substances, and hydroalcoholic solutions.

Pure cotton
– Soak it completely in lukewarm water inside and out
– Do not put water on leather parts.
– Only use soap to clean the product.
– Rinse it well.
– Dry the bag upside down.
– When drying, make sure to protect the fabric of the leather parts with absorbent paper.
– Do not put the bag in the washing machine.
– Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as material that may transfert their colored pigments onto the product.
– Never use solvent.

Delivery & Return

Method and rates delivery?
Delivery via Colissimo Suivi. (French Post) They are calculated automatically when you place your order depending of weight and the country chosen. You can view the amont in your shopping cart.

Delivery, time?
The shipping time is generally 48 hours (Monday-Friday) while stock lasts.

Shipping tracking?
You’ll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of you parcel.

Delivery address?
If you fill in the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can change it. If the wrong address is filled in, the carrier will not be able to deliver your package, so it will be returned to us automatically. Bank and transaction fees of 3.5% of the order amount will be applied upon reimbursement in the event of cancellation. You will be charged for reshipping costs.

What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
With Colissimo, the parcel is delivered directly to you and if you are not at home at the time, a non-delivery notice will be deposited in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and the day of the attempted delivery, as well as the post office where  you can pick up the parcel. You will need to go to the post office indicated with the non-delivery notice left by the postman and a proof of identity to pick up the parcel. You then have a time of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned us. If you do not collect your package from the post office, it will be automatically returned to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs. Bank and transaction fees of 3.5% of the order amount will be applied upon reimbursement in the event of cancellation. You will be charged for reshipping costs.

Legal time to return a product?
You have a legal time frame of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to declare and send your return.

What should I do to return a product?
Notify us of your intention to return an item, the reason for its return and return the item. To return the product you do not wish to keep, simply: Replace the entire article in its original packaging – only articles returns in their original condition will be accepted and reimburdes. How much will it cost me to return a product?
In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, of course the reshipping costs will be fully refunded upon receipt. If, on the other hand, your product does not satisfy you, the return costs remain your responsibility, we will also refund your order. Bank and transaction fees of 3.5% of the order amount will be applied upon reimbursement in the event of cancellation. The risks and return costs, any customs fees and taxes (non-EU countries) are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. The shipping costs of your return package are your responsibility and it remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us.

Cancel your order?
In order to be able to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, we process them immediately. The cancellation of your order is only possible if it has not been processed, therefore within a very limited time. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by phone or via the contact form to cancel your order. Change your order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change/add/remove an item or change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed. Bank and transaction fees of 3.5% of the order amount will be applied upon reimbursement in the event of cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics department, you can cancel it entirely and reorder with the correct items/color/address.

Refunds?
Refunds are made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Bank and transaction fees of 3.5% of the order amount will be applied upon reimbursement in the event of cancellation. Credit card: the reimbursement will be made on the bank card used for payment by recrediting it under the name J.MARTIN TREPOINTES “tampicobags.com”, and this within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the package. PayPal: Reimbursement will be made to the PayPal account used for payment.To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the items must not have been worn or damaged in any way and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition. Only products returned in their original packaging, complete, intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged, used, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.
